Is there a natural way I can decrease my social anxiety?
Right now someone is facebook chatting me and I feel like death from the ammounts of anxiety Im getting. Im sick of this. I already know I should be getting mental help, and I am, but is there a natural way I can cut back on the anxiety too?

Why ask a psychology question in R&S? Did you actually want an answer? Luckily I help people overcome social anxiety and stage fright on a daily basis. The best three methods are Hypnotherapy - NLP and EFT. A good therapist will fuse the three together. What can you do in the mean time? Below is the tool I use for controlling inappropriate emotional states: Thought Stopping A very powerful tool in stopping anxiety attacks. Feel - Stop! – Breathe – Affirm To be used in moments of panic or crisis: Feel - When you feel the onset of the problem behaviour allow yourself to feel it throughout your body. Do this for the count of 10. Stop! – Visualise your own stop signal to halt and take control of your feelings. Breathe – One deep Diaphragm breath followed by light Diaphragm breathing. Until the feeling subsides. Affirm – As you breathe say the appropriate affirmation to yourself. A useful one is 'Calm' do this for about 10 breaths or as long as the fear is there.

Actually, my friends did this, and I know it sounds cheesy, but it works.
Have faith, believe in the cause, and don't worry.
Trust me, the odds of anything bad happening are very slim, you must simply get over it. :)
