The one that comes to mind with ALL those specs would be the one im using right now, an alienware M17x (17 inch) or M18x (18 inch). I have an M17X r2 and the only thing it doesnt have on your list is the 3 USB 3.0 ports (it only has 1). If this going to be a desktop replacement, then why do you need a high density battery with 3-4 hr battery life and strong metal alloy shell??? Because the M17x and M18x are by no means easily portable, they weigh a ton, thats why they are considered desktop replacements. you should get about 3-4 years maintenance free, depending on how you use it, and if you do hard core gaming, then its life span drops.

upgrade to ic diamond thermal compound
dont upgrade ram, as you will never use more then 8GB anyway
upgrade to 120GB SSD as main drive, and 750GB 7200rpm data drive
upgrade to blu-ray player
upgrade to killer wireless + bluetooth
you can upgrade to like a gtx675mx graphic card if you want to add $100.
It will end up like $1774 or $1874 if you upgrade graphics. there will be $100 taken off at checkout, so $1674/1774.
This probably the best matches for what you are looking for.
-COVER-light and strong metal alloy preferred= ? huh? they dont make strong metal alloy computers....
-BATTERY LIFE-min 3 to 4 hours = maybe if just browsing the net, but there is no such laptop in existence that can get more then like 1-2hrs of gaming lol
-at least 5 years of gurantty without maintenance = there is no laptop in the world with more then 3-4 years of warranty, so what do you mean "atleast" 5?
It doesnt have VGA, but it has DVI and display port, which are both better anyway. If your monitor only has VGA, its time to throw it out...
Really what you are looking for does not even close to exist in this world lol.
