Losing inches off of your hips!?
My modeling agency asked me to loose 1 - 2 inches off of my hips, and I can't do it! They told me to do yoga and pilates to get rid of the inches, because I can't do running or anything. I've also been eating healthier, but its not helping. Its been more than a month now, and I honestly haven't lost anything around there! Please help!

Loosing the weight around your hips is difficult - trust me! Try some of these pilates/cardio work outs at http://www.blogilates.com/ . They are short videos but there are some that really target your hips/muffin top.
