I have no heart disease nor any symptoms of it. But what is that "very slight" pain as I exhale?

I do not feel that slight pain every time, It seldom occurs. By the way, I have a very healthy heart. I do jumping rope every day without any stops and I do not feel that tired afterwards which also proves my heart's health. I also walk so fast and don't get tired easily.

But what bothers me is this slight pain in the left part of my chest. It seems that its not the heart but the bone.

just because your active does not mean your diet sucks and you are not at risk of heart problems. Okay lets break it down

    1) Activity level

    2) Diet

    3) past injuries

The thing is 1 and 3 are easy to answer but 2, people are usually ignorant and even when they are not healthy assume they are. Not saying you are just saying, keep an open opinion. It could be referred pain. Some internal organs signal pain in different parts of the body due to the fact they are controlled by the autonomic NS and their pain is felt in the sympathetic NS which is located elsewhere in the body. Ex. heart attack= pain in shoulder region not in the heart area itself. Id see a doctor if I were you and be very specific. Or diagnose yourself go to the library and take out a medical book and breakdown your symptoms. It could be nothing major. . Good luck!
