Myths with Changelings that are good?

I'm researching changelings, and I want to know if there are any myths in which the changelings aren't, well, evil, haha. Any help would be appreciated.

Update:

Because, Xen, in some cases it wasn't as a replacement. I've read that sometimes a fairy that didn't want a child would give hers to a human mother who couldn't have any children. However, the baby could only live for several years in the human world. And in one swedish tale, a troll princess and a human princess are swapped against the wishes of the troll mother. Neither of them can fit into the lives they have been given. The troll finds hers boring, and the human is disgusted by her future bridegroom. In the end, the human and the troll swap once again, and they all live "happily ever after." The end. So, you see, not all changelings are EVIL. And in further answer to your question, you should read "The Moor Child" by Eloise McGraw. It answers it completely.

Anytime a being, supernatural or other, comes in and abducts your child leaving something else in its place - how could it not be evil? When would this be good?

Added: I'm familiar with a number of 'changeling' stories. That a Elven child is adopted by a human family is not about a changeling, but about adoption. The Troll daughter and the Princess I've read, and some nice illustrations exist by John Bauer on this theme.

The issue of a changeling story is that a human child is traded by a Fae, troll, or other, clandestinely. The human mother discovers that her child is changed and different, and becomes hugely distressed. True, the intent is often not 'evil', but it is 100% unwelcome and often by the other family as well.

I have no intention of reading your suggestion. It sounds like you want to convince me of something rather than have your question addressed.
