It is natural to keep your lower jaw a little loose. I tend to clench my teeth, so I often put my tongue above my lower front teeth when I'm awake to stop myself from clenching and I sleep with a bite guard so I don't do it then. My dentist and oral surgeon say the tongue between the teeth a is good trick if you tend to clench when awake. Keeping your jaw a little loose is good.

The clicking on your jaw may be a sign of TMJ (temporomandibular joint) disorder. I read on the This is Dentistry site that a TMJ disorder can be caused by improper teeth alignment (you mentioned your concerns regarding your bite); it can also be caused by stress, teeth grinding/teeth clenching, or poor posture. It is important to mention the jaw clicking and the dull ache to your dentist on your next appointment, so you can get the proper treatment for this concern. Good luck!

  • Keep it the way you think that is comfortable.

I personally drop it a bit, make a little space.

  • wen i punch u, it wil gt loosr
