Is Ciprofloxacin an unsafe medicine?
I've been taking it for an infection and today was my last dose. I took it with two fever reducer pills, which i made sure it was okay to take with the ciprofloxacin before i took them. About 10 minutes after I took it my heart started to hurt and I felt like someone was squeezing my lungs. That lasted for about 3 hours. Now my heart still hurts but my lungs dont feel as constricted. I've also had severe stomach pain while taking it, but I wasnt sure if that was just my infection.

The lung constriction and heart pain(Most likely lung pain) sounds like an allergic reaction to me,I know it is the last day of treatment but allergies can develop spontaneously...try an antihistamine like Diphenhydramine to see if it gets better however only with the advice of a pharmacist who approves the use of it.
As for the stomach pain possibly the infection, but could also be an allergic reaction it's hard to know for sure, best to pop along to the local pharmacy and speak to someone in person.

You people are crazy...
First off if you are having medical issues CALL A DOCTOR!
I have taken Ciprofloxacin before for a kidney or bladder infection and personally I don't think it did anything. But that's me, you for all you know could be allergic!! Call a doctor not yahoo answers.
