Eviolite Wynaut -vs- Wobbuffet?
Who would be the better "wall"? I'm not worrying about it's attack and speed stats. I'm mainly concerned on which one will withstand more hits?
Wynaut with an Eviolite? Or Wobbuffet?

Wobbuffet, in every way, dude.
Wynaut with an Eviolite is trash, full stop. If you're playing in a heavy tier like OU or even Ubers, just stick with Wobbuffet.
It's not like Eviolite is going to boost Wynaut's Defenses incredibly high, or anything. Assuming Wynaut has max Sp. Def/Def EV's, then he will be at around 321 Sp. Def/Def, which is decent. However, it's HP is pretty terribad.
Wobbuffet, on the other hand, is a much more tactical 'wall' than Wynaut. Even though it's got terribad Defense, its amazing HP backs Wobbuffet up like a champ, and it doesn't always get OHKO'd.
I'd pick Wobbuffet over Wynaut with Eviolite. Pretty much, the more HP Wobbuffet has, the better the job it has at Countering and Mirror Coating.
