I accidently synced my iphone to my ipod and it won't go back please help!?

I've been so frustrated that i've been crying over this because i can't figure it out. I just got my iphone today and i accidently synced it to my ipod and i clicked restore backup and all my ipod info got into my iphone info and i don't know how to restore my iphone. It's asking me for a restriction code but i don't have a restriction code! I never made one hence because i just got my iphone today! Please help me i'm a mess and i log out of itunes and plug it in but it logs back in and restores my ipod stuff and i'm frazzled and i'm crying. This is so stupid please help..

    Okay... You can plug it into the Computer.. And when your iPhone comes up in iTunes, you can click restore. It varies depending on what version of iTunes you have, but it is easy to find.
