How to stop antivirus from quarantining certain files?

I have sophos antivirus and when I install a certain program it puts files I need in quarantine. I have the option to move or delete, when I move them nothing happens. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Should be a link or setting for Exclusions......also you may want to use Avast for Mac instead of Sopos....Sophos just got a really bad rap....
