Daily yoga...when should I see results?
I do AT LEAST one 20 minute yoga video a day. (Started two weeks ago) I am 5 feet tall, 115 pounds and had a baby seven months ago and am trying to lose some flab. I also walk at least 30 minutes a day. When should I start seeing results?

it varies with people. some will see it in a week some in a month, just keep going for a couple more weeks, if no results try doing a longer yoga video and running/biking instead of walking
