Yeah he likes you. Just make a convo with him and give him ur number if u like him back

he sure likes you.. but make sure he likes you a LOT before you proceed.. seems like you also like him.. finally a small suggestion.. if you like him, show it but don't show that you fall for him coz ppl might change..so be yourself.. all the best
