Is this a good computer build?
I'm going to use it for playing some games and editing/encoding videos. I am only 15 so I won't want to spend much more than this:
DVD drive: ASUS 24X DVD Burner
Case: Cooler Master HAF 912
HDD: 1 TB WD Blue

Power Supply:
Thermaltake 430W http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8...
Not so sure about this PS, probably too cheap.
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws 2 x 4 GB 1600 ddr3
Motherboard:
ASRock Z75 Pro3 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8...
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570k
SSD: Kingston 120 gb http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8...
I was going to put in my Radeon HD 6670 video card for now.

I would recommend a http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8... much higher quality, and can support a lot more graphics cards. If you just have the 6670 for now, then that's fine. Upgrade later.

that's not bad. If you want to "future proof" it a little more you might want to upgrade to 12gb of ram. 8gb will do you just fine for awhile though.
Also if you're planning on upgrading it later, especially a new GPU, try bumping the PSU up to a 500w
