How to rid room of allergens?

So I love my bedroom and my bed is heaven, but typically I don't/can't sleep in my room because it always makes my allergies act up while sleeping in other rooms in my house don't. I clean my sheets but it doesn't seem to help. What are other things I can try?

    Try to wipe down the tables or any thing that has dust , vacuum or mop the floors If it is not helping , it can be expensive or inexpensive depending on where you buy it ! You can try buying a air purifier and put it in your room
