I'm kinda desperate here. I've recently gotten back to the shojo scene and have watched shojo animes like crazy this past month.

I'd appreciate if your suggestions are mostly rom coms. (Romantic Comedy) I'm frankly very sick of sad romantic animes like Clannad or even Sukitte li nayo. I want something with good animation styles, something fairly new, with a manga base, comedy, CHIBI!!!!!, tons and tons of sweet romance, no ecchi, just Kimi ni Todoke style. ^^

And I know I've watched most, guys. That's why I'm wracking my brain trying to find more.
And Ive already watched Sword-Art Online! I've downloaded all the light novel volumes too. ;D

Ahh you listed so many that I was going to recommend! Good taste :)
Unfortunately I can't recommend a whole lot, but if you love romance (I can't get enough of it) you might enjoy Sword Art Online and Accel World. They're more shounen (sorry) but they are adventurous, exciting, and have a large splash of romance (and is one of the few anime where the female characters have normal sized boobs)!
Another that I didn't see on your list was Tokyo Mew Mew. It's a shoujo, and can be a bit childish, but it's really cute. Action, fantasy, a little comedy, and romance :)

ADDITIONAL Ahhh hahahahahahaha riiiiiiight. Sorry I didn't know. I feel kinda stupid. But in my defense I've never watche either of those. My sister was just telling me about them because she watched them.
