start flirting with her, little things. Tell her she looks good, if you have a class with her sit beside her make little conversation. Add her on a social networking site.. Make her start to like you, make her laugh.. Its easier to ask a girl out when you feel like the feeling is mututal. If none of those work, get to the point - tell her you like her, ask her out for dinner or something :)
