I'm having a baby with an adult, however I'm underage, help!?
Okay so I am 15 years old (16 next month) and recently have found out Im pregnant. The father to my baby is 23,however when we had sex I give my permission, I wasn't forced in any way at all and I wanted to just as much as him. Now I am really scared because just incase the police find out or when my baby is born they will work out the dates and realise we had sex when I was underage. I live In Wales in the uk, I was just wondering if any of u can tell me that if I explain to the police I wasnt forced and it was what I wanted, will they understand? Thankyou anyone who gives me some information x

If ur asked by anyone, deny the boyfriend and like other comments, u don't know who the father is...they will try to pressure u, u don't have to say anything at all! If u care about the father, no words will be ur best bet. DO NOT TELL who the father is unless u want to see him locked up.

If the police find out he will probably be prosecuted, even if the parents do not press charges. And with all due respect so he should be. You might not have known the situation, but he should have: as a minor you are not in a position to give your permission so it is legally rape. Though your evidence will help with sentencing to a degree.
He might easily go down for 4 years even with your evidence, though a kindly court might do a lot better, considering you need a father for your child. Age of consent is sixteen, you must have heard that. And it means what it says: before 16 you cannot give your consent.

You don't have to tell anyone who that father is.
But if your parents find out, they could get him in trouble.
Basically, they will find out if this older guy wants to stay in your life.
You seriously made a mistake, and he's way too old and is literally considered a pedophile because he had sex with someone so young.

It's not up to you it's up to your parents to press charges.
It is considered statutory rape and he can be penalized for it.
