Your hormones and body are adjusting! You just went from having something growing inside of you feeding off of everything you ate to nothing in a matter of hours. It will come back

I lost mine after having my daughter. I would forget to eat all day. I ended up getting sick all the time. Finally I started forcing myself to eat healthy snacks. I figured if I wasn't hungry either way I may as well take advantage and only eat healthy stuff. Unfortunately after having my son I've become a chocolate addict!
