Media Influences, and how it can affect the way people think about others or their selves?

Think about movies where 2 attractive people fall in love,

It's a rare occasion when a perfectly sculpted symmetrical face falls in love with a not so perfect face.

Think how this effects your children, or teenagers.

Only beautiful people are accepted in this world,

Everyone has this idea of how someone is suppose to look and suppose to act,

What if the world had no media, no beautiful person to look up too,

Many teenagers wouldn't commit suicide,

How do you feel about the media?

Do you think it has an impact on people?

If not why are so many people at each others throats calling each other names that people came up with to insult each other, It's entertaining but it has a bad affect.
