What is a good workout program?

I want to gain more muscles. Something that I'm able to do in my room since I'm not able to hit the gym everyday.

I've heard about a program called insanity that is good to gain muscle but is it really?

Is insanity a program that allows people to gain muscle or lose weight?

What other programs are out there that will permit me to obtain the results that I want?

    You should work out five times a week, no more than that though. If you work out seven days a week your body will get sore and tired and not have the energy to keep it up. Also your muscles will be sore at first so your muscles will need to rest as well. But here's what I do for my workouts.

    Bike 10 minutes

    Walk 10 minutes

    Run 10 minutes

    Stairmaster 10 minutes

    10 situps

    10 pushups

    10 lunges

    10 reverse curls

    Then stretch when you've finished the workout and before the workout so you don't injure anything in the prosses. Good luck!
