A children's book series revolving around Hades and Greek mythology?

So I remember reading this series back in elementary or middle school, and how much I loved it. I'd like to read them again if I can. All I really remember is that it revolved around Hades as the main character and how he plays a role in the myths. I also remember a bit of one book involving Persephone I think? Somehow he gets shot by Cupid or something and falls in love with her or something. It was a long time ago and back when I hated rereading anything. I remember that the titles might have been quite sarcastic or sardonic too maybe.

Please and thank you. :)

The Myth-O-Mania books by Kate McMullan

"Myth-o-Mania is a series of books for children by Kate McMullan. Each book is a parody of a different Greek myth starring Hades, the god of the Greek underworld. The books are never identical to the original myth, as they always put Hades in a positive light and claim that Zeus is a liar and made up the original myths in order to promote himself. The traditional hero of the myth, such as Theseus or Hercules, is usually portrayed as a fool or an oaf. Hades has to help the hero complete the quest"
