How to pull off a side cut?

Question

I really want to do something more 'out there' with my hair, but I can't dye it because I've done that too much and my hair is too damaged for anymore. But I was thinking maybe something like a side cut? But I don't know whether it would suit me?

You're super pretty! Anyways, I think you could pull it off. Start by getting a haircut. Not a lot off though. Just a trim. Get ALOT of layers and a Side bang on whatever side you like. Then on the other side, ask for the side cut. (:
