Why do hot showers make me dizzy when im on my period?
woke up early today with bad cramps took some advil and hopped in the shower. i usually take pretty hot showers. half way through i just felt really nauseous i had to get out cause i felt like i was gonna pass out.Now im out but i'm all shakey! Why did this happen?
(you can say i have a heavy period)

I think taking the advil before showing is what really caused the nauseous and maybe once out of the shower you should sat and put your feet up. and by all means see a doc, cause there are times and things with the body we may not have answer too.

Well, my guess would be that the shower water is too hot! If I run a very hot shower, when I hop out the cooler air hits me and I feel like I'm going to pass out! My suggestion would be to run the water a little cooler, and keep a cold bottle of water in the bathroom just incase. If that doesn't help, go to a doctor! Good luck & be careful!
