Yesterday I had trouble pooping. Is it OK to use some sort of long handled spoon?

    No - really bad idea. Use your fingers with rubber glove along with mineral oil, glycerine, or vaseline.

    I'd have to agree, u can cause a hole in your bowel which will need an operation. Also poo gets stuck way higher than just in your rectum so I'd go for laxatives.

    If I was you I'd rather use laxatives, that's way safer
