Really bad period cramps? Help!?
So today my period started. At first I felt little discomfort but now the cramps are SO bad. I feel like I am going to throw up and I feel very weak. I took 2 tylonel to see if it helped, and it did somewhat but it's still bad. I even took a hot shower and a electric blanket only made me feel worse! i'm now sitting in bed with my cat on my lap but it just isn't helping me cope. ;A; What on earth can I do?

Well first off, been there, done that. Heating pads help. Try taking pamprin instead of tylenol. Also, believe it or not, getting up and walking around actually helps the pain a lot. Try going for a walk or something. It will do wonders. I had the worse periods for a long time. I finally went on birth control so now I only get my period every three months and it doesn't hurt as much.

I understand this is a touchy hindrance, but I even have particularly bad cramps, so I acquired on the tablet (start manipulate) when I was once 15 or sixteen (just for the cramps, no longer on the grounds that I was having intercourse) & it helped out a TON!! Plus there are all sorts of other benefits, like a lighter interval. Talk to your mom and dad/general practitioner about it, however I highly advise it for any women who have extreme cramps! My capsule of choice is Yaz, however that is simply me for my part. Just right success!

Try taking Pamprin. It's a medication for cramps that you can buy over-the-counter and you don't need a prescription for. It really works for me.
And I try and cut out salt a week before my period, because it causing bloating and my cramps are so much worse.
Also, getting out and walking will help stretch your stomach muscles and get your mind off of your pain.
