Did the GOP Declare WAR ? On America After The Election ?

Actually, the GOP in 2008 after Obama won decided to in a sense go to war. Their goal for Obama's first term was to tank the economy so it would look bad for Obama in hopes he will lose in 2012. That didn't work out though. The GOP was able to have a very large number of filibusters with the effect of stopping most bills, even ones they wrote themselves.

Your idea may be needed to get progress but not sure it will hold up to a legal challenge.

Funny you should bring this up today. The House is voting on their plan to avert the fiscal cliff. Sen. Reid has already said he will not let it go to a vote in the senate, he has repeatedly tabled bills he does not like unwilling to even let a vote take place. So if you want to see where the obstruction is look no further than Sen. Reid. In the old days even with a split house at least they voted and worked out a bill, this Senate will not even look at it. Now that is true anti American.

Because of the fact that he is, at least, 1/2 the problem, makes me think he should be locked up with them. But I guess what you are really asking for is that Congress be locked up until they give him what he wants. And to save on gas and electric to heat the building, they could just burn the Constitution.
