To keep in mind, lower quality pads deteriorate faster than a higher quality pad. My trainer spent $400 on a pad, and still has it 15 years later. Higher quality can also fit your horse better, making them more comfortable. When they are happy, you are happy.

Prefer up a wintec interchangable tree saddle. That you may trade the tree size within minutes and its interchangable in case you have an extra horse that is better or smaller. The saddle comes with 3 special sized bars however that you could order the half of size percent if need be. I have one for my horses. Its pleasant given that one saddle suits all three of my horses if want be. I've a QH/arab/saddlebred that may be very oddly developed. We went via 5 saddles to fit him correctly. I believe there is a western saddle made the equal manner but do not know if its the same corporation or not.

Not, under $30. For a patterned saddle pad, you'll be paying $30 to $35. Just a fact.I would recommend checking ebay, you can find pretty good deals there. If you haven't already, check your local tack store. Sometimes things can be cheaper there.
