Try this:

Firstly, boot your computer to the Safe Mode menu screen. You do this by repeatedly pressing F8 as soon as you boot up. Once there, use the arrow keys to highlight Safe Mode with Networking. Continue to boot from there, by pressing Enter. You will now see some drivers being loaded. There will be a pause at some point. This usually lasts for no more than 30 seconds.

If that's successful, download and run TDSSKiller.exe from Kaspersky Lab. It's tiny, and takes just a minute to run. It hunts down and kills a specific family of rootkits:

Regardless of the results, download the free version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM). Install it and get updates, then run a full scan (still in Safe Mode). This is a direct download link. Copy and paste it into your browser’s address bar, and press Enter.

After this, try rebooting normally. If that's successful, I recommend you run another full scan with MBAM. It will detect malware that wasn't running in Safe Mode.

You should now delete TDSSKiller.exe, as updated versions are often made available. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware can be easily uninstalled, should you wish to do so, but it may prove to be beneficial in the future.

So very glad I checked here before downloading. I keep getting a pop up with a fake flash update message. I have run three different Malware programs and even done a System Restore but I can't get rid of the thing. Could surely use some help!

Yes! It works but is slow. I am impressed that it had the integrity to discover that my Windows 10 was behaving as Malware yet Spark Trust is a Microsoft Partner . As I was in the 30 day period where I could go back to my previous Windows installation, I credit Spark Trust for at least finding (but not identifying) that malware was operating on my computer. Obviously it could not get rid of my operating system but it did recognize what was happening. Maybe it was a Microsoft Partner business oversight however I was able to get rid of Windows 10 and immediately afterwards Spark Trust declared I was malware free.

Unfortunately I got trapped with SparkTrust Pc cleaner plus. It s not free! It has made no changes what so ever to my computer. I subscribed for 6 months and I do really hope that I ll be able to get out of it with no extra charges. I do not recommend it.

It s is a damn menace. Also, someone has gone to the very dishonest and confusing trouble of creating pages of positive-sounding reviews and reports about this bit of malware, so that s what you read when you first become suspicious and google about it. Also there appear various search results offering helpful ways to get rid of sparktrust which are also bogus. Also, those who have contributed to this thread advising generic virus-scanners probably don t speak from experience and are not helping. Sparktrust is still bugging my system despite using AVG and Malwarebytes. I will try the Kapersky method quoted at the top of this thread.

Software often say's it free to download and they are telling the truth as you are allowed to download the software and run it free of charge but if you want your computer fixed then you have to pay for the software to do this, I don't like this practice that pretends to be free and is in fact not.

To be safe with software it is really quite simple, just Google the name of the software and write review at the end of your query and you will see what other people think of it, you can also go to one of the many reputable software download sites and they will direct you to good software.
