USC questions on the Cinematic Arts*(Animation & Digital Arts admission)?

Question

I am a senior in High School and I want to apply for USC to get a "Bachelor of Arts - Animation & Digital Arts."USC says that the regular deadline for admission is 01/10/2013, but the John C. Hench Animation & Digital Arts Admission says the deadline for them is December 1, 2013. So, this means that the only way to get a animation degree(or game development in general) is to go through the John C. Hench Animation & Digital Arts Admission? December 1 past already, so is there any way to get this degree?

I also wanted to ask how to send one last recommendation letter for them, because I only sent 2 through the common app, AND adding to that problem is that the counselor will probably not accept any more applications or paperwork(I will ask tomorrow) Also consider the 1 week vacation after tomorrow. That means that if tomorrow I can get the recommendation letters and if the counselor accepts the application, I will be stuck on the 12/31/13, 1-2 weeks before USC deadline of 1/10/13.

The date that you wrote is December 1, 2013. If that is accurate you ave nearly a year to apply./
