with concentrated HNO3,
and add to it Plutonium,

Mixing conc HNO3 (an oxidising agent) with sodium metal (a reducing agent) will cause the sodium to explode. No hydrogen is given off, but plenty of nitrogen oxides.
Plutonium is highly toxic, and, in great enough quantities, potentially explosive in a nuclear sense.
Yes, it's a rather feeble chemist's joke.

You are mixing Sodium with conc. Nitric Acid... The reaction is:
Na+ HNO3 ----- NaNO3 +H2
Hydrogen is liberated when an acid acts upon a metal... So it escapes into the Atmosphere...
Sodium Nitrate is an explosive material... If you react Plutonium with it, the entire thing will explode...
And so obviously, god will not forgive you...

Na+HNO3 makes potassium nitrate, an explosive. Adding it to plutonium makes it explode.
