How do you think the world will end?

I know how it will end. I don't know how HUMANITY will meet its demise but I do know how the earth will end. In about 5 billion years, the sun will use up its current energy source and will have to start burning other elements. This will cause it to become a red giant. It will grow to a size where it will actually envelop and burn up the inner planets -- including Earth. Then once that fuel is used it up it will become a brown dwarf, and no longer have the gravitational pull to maintain the solar system. The remaining planets will fly off into space. This isn't a crazy theory or anything. It's inevitable and it will happen. Unless a giant meteor hits earth first and blows it to bits, or a gamma ray burst or something like that occurs.

It will come to an end according to Revelations of the Bible, but if you choose to make up your own kind of end, I guess that is alright. I'm not that Religious, but that is where my belief is for the end of the World. Naturally it is always possible that man kind will make that happen a lot sooner. No one can actually say when that would happen because we do not control that kind of event.

If we don't destroy ourselves? The sun will start swelling, until it consumes the earth. Fortunately, we have a few billion years to work on this problem.

When the sun gets so far away, or so close, that life can no longer be sustained.....many moons from now....

Holy crap. We are well past and over this world ending thing. Stop.
