Should I cut up or add muscle?
I'm 5'10 and used to be very scrawny. In the last 3-4 years I have gone from 150 lbs to 190 lbs. I want to start working out again and I'm not sure if I should try to get cut or if I should use this opportunity of extra size and try to pack on some muscle for the first time. I used to be very athletic (I ran a marathon without stopping) but I've never had size in the muscular sense. Looking for input on what other people would do.

You should tone down first, and then use creatine powder to put on leaner muscle.
