Should we not pray until sunset today?

But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: (Matthew 24:20 KJV)

Today is Friday and Winter and Sabbath starts at sunset.

Actually, I have to go to work pretty soon. I doubt the Lord had today in mind in Matthew. "The abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel" isn't standing the Temple. There is no Temple, and it probably won't be built before the end of the day - in the last time zone going west.

The context of this passage is in relation to those in Judea, where fleeing on a sabbath, should you be in the city of Jerusalem, would be difficult and complicated due to the gates being shut and barred, or even if opened, trying to go against the flow seeing as people normally flowed into a city when an invading army was headed towards them. Fleeing in winter also complicates travel, as well has having small children.
