My account was reset to level 1 prestige 0 on Black Ops 2 for no reason?

I went to bed 3rd prestige level 32. I wake up and I'm level 1 no prestige. All my leaderboard rankings are the exact same. I've already tweeted Treyarch and David Vonderhaar to no avail. On activisions support page it says that the system fixes things like this, and I have no idea whats going on. It's really pissing me off. Anyone know what to do?

    I think that someone must of been jelly of you and hacked you keep asking for help so they don't forget or maybe its just a glitch
