How do I do my hair and make up like this?

Tweeze and trim your eyebrows to make them super thin, then get a really great foundation routine (revlon colorstay liquid applied with a kabuki brush works great) then, just apply a black pencil eyeliner to the outer corner of your lower lashline, and use a little bit of liquid liner on the outer corner of your upper lashline, apply lots of mascara (Maybelline Falsies would match this look), and then fill in your eyebrows with a dark brown eye shadow and angled brow brush.

I'm not so sure about the hair, it looks like a really natural texture and just a really messy ponytail. Hope this helps!
