Losing muscle in a specific place can be difficult.

You might want to think about what has caused you to gain muscle on your inner thigh. Those muscles would be activated when squeezing your legs together.

You could try doing long duration cardio to try make your body break down some of the muscle.

Your'e 14, so i do no longer understand how frightened approximately fat thighs you would be. however the element that worked for me is not any kidding, the thigh grasp. i bought one for affordable off ebay and that i exploit it each and every time i'm watching t.v or analyzing. That way you get alot of exercising in whilst your doing different issues.
