Help getting in touch with a boy?

So I have been talking to this boy in class. His name is Timmy and we have one class together and that is an ag class. We went on a trip and me and him hung out a little and talked. I really like him. Then one day we stayed after (a bunch of kids in all grades to help with a fundraiser) and he was talking to all his guy friends before I got there then when I got there he started talking to me. All his immature guy friends kept saying 'Timmy, shes not interested.' I kept talking to him and we talkin in class since that day. When I go to leave school I often find him leaving his locker as soon as I walk by and I am normally one of the last ones of school. We normally talk the whole way out to the bus then he gets on his bus and I get on mine. Today was our last day of school and I really wanted to give him my number to text me over break but I never got the chance. I don't know how to stay intouch with him over break. I don't have a facebook and he doesn't either. I don't have any friends who have his number either. We do have shool email but I'm not sure if he will check it over break because we just got the email. And if I do send him an email and he doesnt get it until he is in class sometime then his friends might make fun of me.
