What should i do or advice can help me with this situation?

i have these 2 girls that are my friend i wont say there names so i will just us the first letter of their names okay so my friends A & T are friends with this boy name that start with an L and i have a crush on L but my Friend T has a crush on him but she has a boyfriend she been with for like 2 years now and she just stop liking this other boy that name starts with a M while she still was dating her boyfriend. So T claims that she loves and likes her bf but she's liking other people and the 2 boys L &M r her boyfriends best friends. So today she tells me that her and L almost kissed yesterday but 1 of the times the teacher walked in so they didn't. So i say what about your boyfriend do you still like/love him? and she say yea she still wants 2 be with him cuz she still loves/likes him. So when i find my friend A i tell her that T has a crush on L to and she's like did u tell her? and I'm like No i don't want her 2 know cuz i know she is gonna tell EVERYBODY so i didn't tell T. But now T keeps say how she likes L and she wants 2 kiss L and she got his number and she gonna call him tonight and I'm not gonna like she pissing me off with saying this stuff but i don't wanna tell her i like L and the whole situation has me confused so if anyone can help me PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE help me I'm freaking out and i don't know what to do anymore
