I would be willing to bet your team has a strength and conditioning coach... I would recommend that you get with him and participate in any program that he has in place and anything else that he recommends you to do... Good luck....

First stop lying. 1. A 6'zero", a hundred and sixty lb kid does no longer bench 235 lb. LMAO! 2. You aren't understanding every day. You had been by no means in a weight room. For those who have been all that, why would you must ask this question? Three. You don't play outside linebacker/protection. You aren't even on the staff. You are pretty pathetic.

You sound like a big *** kid, just stick to a simple workout routine, drink tons of milk, and after every workout drink a protein shake! Have certain days for body parts, like 'legs day' or 'biceps day'..You really need to get your bench press up though, so work on that as much as possible, and don't do push-ups to get your chest stronger, trust me that won't help your bench press.

Based on your height and weight, as well as your lifts, I believe that you will make a very good fit as a lineman. Considering your age, your size gives you the potential to become an elite high school lineman.
My best advice for you is to work hard and perform very well in practice every day. In addition, what you need to do this upcoming (and every) offseason is eat healthy, exercise by doing weight lifting, and either jogging or going for a long run every day. If you do these things, you will greatly improve your speed, strength, and upper body, as well as your chances of becoming a successful, top notch lineman in high school football, who could go on to play college football.
By the way, your chances of playing college football depend on your performance in football during your junior, and especially senior, year of high school. If you perform very well in football during your final 2 years of high school, you will greatly improve your chances of getting recruited to play for a college football program in the future.

lmao, trust me, your big enough, your bench may not be the greatest but your size it doesnt matter.
Do alot of running, dont do long distance running, do Short little burst runs. Your size, if you can get off the ball fast you will be a force to wrecken with.
