How to get out of a panic attack... plz help..?
i am a engineering student... i hardly got 10 days left
for exams.... its not that i am not at all prepared...
but still am getting panic attack again n again and
due to that am facing difficulty concentrating.... am
quite worried and deprresed... plz help me out....

I am 24. I had those attacks. Realize that your marks are relevant only to boast with your friends. In the long run it does not matter if you get 80% or 85% or 90%. Take it easy. Realize that being stressful can only do harm. There is no positive out of it.

Exercise will help with the depression.
When you feel an attack coming on, focus on something. A classic technique is to take your own pulse. Use the finger tips of your right hand to feel your left wrist. Look at a clock with a second hand or seconds display. Count your pulse for one minute, concentrate on counting ...

I talk myself around ... by telling myself ... "I'm gonna be alright" and "Calm down and relax" ...
I just keep on repeating the words over and over until my body responds to what I'm telling it to do.
I'm bipolar so I go through a string of emotions.
I have about ten panic attacks every day.
"I'm going to be alright" ...
"It will work out for me" ...
"Whatever happens ... I'm gonna be okay" ...
I'm sure you will be okay for you too.
