is this peice of writing ok?

Bare in mind I'm only 15

And I'm not very good with grammar and structure

My father opens my car door not wanting him to think I’m disrespectful I reluctantly step out of the car “Thanks” I polity mutter. I could feel the cobblestone through my sneakers before I even opened my eyes. The place was beautiful, the gardens like those in magazines they definitely did not suit the man who lived there.

My father guides me to the front door holding my bags four in each hand when a young man appears and helps him he, wasn’t facing me long enough for me to see his face besides the sun glasses he was wearing. My father and the young man spoke to each other as they walked toward the door my father even smiled at one point. But as soon as we got the door he dropped my bags said goodbye to my father jogging past me in a hurry toward his car.

“Who was that?” I ask my father he turned and said “oh it’s Seb my boss’s son, a strange boy to be honest”. My father kicks the door open dropping my bag on the hard wood floor of what appeared to be a foyer. Two oak stair cases leading up to a second floor. At the end of stair case sat a little boy about seven his head lowered, wearing his best clothes and a teddy by his side. He looked up after hearing the thud of the bags the biggest smile appear on his face he got up and ran to my father, his arms out wide.

He just throw himself around my dad with tears rolling down his cheeks “daddy why where you gone so long haven’t seen you not since Monday two weeks ago” He sobbed. I leant down to the little boy wiped away the tears from his green eyes “He must of been doing important daddy things” I said softly and in his ear I whispered “He’s spy honey don’t tell a soul” the smile returned to his face and he began to giggle. I stood up grabbed what I could carry and asked “witch rooms mine”. I am disgusted in my father’s behaviour leaving a little boy here, old habits remain I guess.

He points upstairs to the left I follow his vague instructions. I climb the enchanting oak stairs; I pass four rooms before coming to the end of a hallway with a violet coloured door with my name in metal letters I was pleasantly surprised. I open the door of my new room…….

I seriously love it, for such a young age you are very talented and I'm jealous. A few run on sentences (basically make your sentences shorter), I want to know who the strange boy is! Also witch should be which. I advise you read a lot of books it really helps with grammar/spelling etc you are so talented though! please answer mine? its easy:

"Only" 15? This would be poor for a 10 year old.

I recommend you go through it one "sentence" at a time, thinking about what you learned in primary school, and fixing it so they actually ARE sentences.

Unlike your other answerers, I'm not here for the 10 points best answer, I'm afraid.

"My father opens my car door not wanting him to think I’m disrespectful I reluctantly step out of the car “Thanks” I polity mutter."

There's your first one. Treat it as an exercise. Off you go.

we share an equal enthusiasm in writing.

it's good, but you do need to work on your structure and spelling a bit. keep practicing this, you have the zealous of a future writer and with time you will find new ways to incorporate snazzy panache into your literature.

    nice work.
