To help out , it's not "from where are you." It's "where you are from." Honestly, we have a$sholes over here who will be racist even though it's almost 2013 but don't pay attention to them. Most people here though, don't care at all. Really don't. As long as you are respectful to them, you'll be good. Have fun here. I'd go to New York City if I were you. Alot...ALOT... of indians are there. It is a very mixed city . Expensive though. Good luck
