Why do I feel so nervous?
Well at school yesterday I got in trouble for using inAppropriate words so they sent me to the office they didnt call my dad or assign me detention but Im still freaked out that I will be put in there when we get back from winter break. Since yesterday I have literally shaking with nervousness is there a way to get rid of this?

Well, I think it is good that you acknowledge that you used inappropriate words, but you have to understand this is not the end of the world, we are all humans and we can make mistakes. The best thing to do is, as soon as you have the chance, to speak with the teacher and say that you are sorry for what you said, you just had a bad day and promise that it will not happen again. I am sure she will be understanding if she sees that you feel sorry for what happened. There is no reason to feel nervous, even if your parents will find out, if you explain to them and promise it wont happen, they will forgive you.
Please, just relax. It is not a tragedy and you did not do anything horrible, you are just human and people will understand this,as long as you accept and apologise.

You have my permission to not even think about your detention until the day you have it.
Enjoy the holidays. Deal with the detention on the day it happens, not a minute sooner.
