Depending on your activity level it is up to you. ACL is involved with changing direction so if your a runner and just running straight the ACL has really no use to you. The surgery is very difficult and requires months of physical therapy.

i reccomend a physical games brace... i tore my acl five months in the past and had surgical procedure (it used to be an eighty five% tear) and feature been in theapry due to the fact that april (and nonetheless am at present)... after i graduate from my complete leg brace, i will ought to put on a physical games brace whilst i do bodily exercise... you dont desire to re-injure it thats for certain... braces are rather expenscve even though($three hundred-one thousand+)
