There used to be a late night ad that ran offering a way for a small business to get started selling stuff?

from their warehouses and making money on the mark up-I think it was called SMS or SMA.....can anyone tell me if they are still in business and what the name of that company was???

    I think you are referring to SMC. I wouldn't waste your time with them. I would suggest you make a website and sell affiliate items. That is the most cost effective way to go.

    If you want to dropship / sell physical items I would suggest going with bnfusa

    Yes, it sounds like a dropshipping company that ran commercials. Dropshipping is not a good idea for your business model.

    YOU will still have to get a website made, PAY for advertisements on ebay, and if you try to compete on pricing, you may only make $1-2 per item. Also, you have no control over shipping, so you don't make money from shipping and handling like some companies try to do. Your customer service will be awful, as well, since you have no control over the product.

    There are thousands or millions of people who use dropshippers, and they make NO MONEY. You cannot compete with someone who goes directly to a manufacturer or distributor and gets the REAL wholesale prices. They can sell it for less than the dropshipper is willing to sell it to you.
