What's better: an 1800 on the SAT or a 28 on the ACT?

which one should i send to colleges?

    your percents right or wrong arent what decide this. the percentiles (how you did compared to others) is.

    a 28 is 91st percentile act

    an 1800 is roughly 80th percentile.

    so your ACT is way way better and you should use that.

    Your SAT score works out to a 75%, your ACT score works out to a 77%. You'd probably want to send your ACT score, but when I was applying to universities, there were some that did not accept ACT scores.

    Send both and I think they're going to use the higher one ;)
