No. You can return it after it arrives, depending upon the seller. But you can't cancel it after it already shipped.

No you can't cancel the order once its already shipped. You can however ask the seller for refund on return but their is no guarantee th seller will say yes. If the product you received was faulty, then you are eligible for full refund or replacement.

Of course not. You have to receive it first then request a refund after you ship it back.
