Is my exercising and dieting plans good?

Hey there, I'm a 15 year old boy and since the start of June I have been exercising and watching what I eat everyday! It's been quite a success, I was 215 (believe it or not) and now I'm 150! So now i wanna maintain this weight and just wanna know if my exercise and dieting plans are any good! :)

School Days (Mon-Thurs)

Breakfast Options:

1. Oatmeal with 1 tbsp of Brown Sugar and Juice or Milk

2. 1 piece of toast and Juice or Milk

3. Healthy Cereal with Milk and Juice

Lunch:

Banana and Apple with Juice or Water

Dinner:

Basically something light, not too much meat and also at least have veggies or some salad at every dinner serving

Dessert (only sometimes):

1. Couple scoops of plain light Ice Cream

2. Little fruit mixture bowl (Half a banana and some raspberries with a tiny bit of milk mixed)

3. If on special occasions, a little piece of cake

-Now for Fridays I usually go to Tim Horton's or McDonald's for Breakfast BUT I get the healthiest food I can which is a Small Yogurt Parfait and a Small double-double coffee. Lunch I sometimes buy something from the Cafeteria at my school which will either be a small Caesar Salad or some tzatziki sauce and bread.

-Weekends I would sometimes go out for breakfast but order 2 bacon and 2 eggs with toast and hash browns, with a Coffee. I don't have lunch and than have dinner. When I sometimes go out for dinner, I tend to look for something light and healthy

-Weekdays where I don't have School, I usually would stick with the regular dieting plan when I do have school, maybe sometimes have just eggs and toast. Don't have lunch that much and than have dinner and sometimes dessert.

-Vacations I watch what I eat.

Now my exercising routines:

School weeks (Mon-Fri):

-After Breakfast I would walk too my bus in the morning which takes about 8 minutes

-When schools done, I would go home and go on the treadmill (The main thing i used to loss all the weight. No joke) for about 15 minutes. Now I go on the second highest incline and go on a fast walk, almost jogging paste (Incline is 9.5 and speed is 4.4). After that I would have dinner, wait for about an hour or 2 too let the food digest and go back on the treadmill, this time for 30 minutes. If I had dessert that day, I would go for about 45 Minutes

-On days I don't have school, I would go on the treadmill in the Morning before breakfast for 30 Minutes, and than after dinner time for 30 minutes.

-Sundays, I would go to the gym with my friends to workout on Arms, Legs, and torso muscles for a good hour or 2.

-Vacations, I don't worry as much about exercising, but I do look for gyms I can go too and workout for about an hour or 2 in the mornings, and nights

So yeah, that's basically it :P alotta reading I know, I just wanna know If i'm doing good and if there's anything i should adjust just let me know! Thanks :)

    ** You should try drinking 8 to 16 ounces of water before each meal, this will fill you up and you will eat less, resulting in less calories at every meal. Weight loss pills are not very safe, at least water is safe. I know it may be hard at first to drink water, but you can add more and more everyday until it becomes easier, ( you will get used to it. I lost 50 pounds in three years and kept them off , I also walk for 20 minutes at least 5 times a week. Patience is needed,, if you want quick, this is not it, better to lose slowly than too fast (not healthy for your body) Well good luck too you, hope this helps.

    P.S. I also think that the younger you are the faster you will lose weight, 50 years and up will take longer.

    Congratulations on your new healthy lifestyle and weightloss!

    Your diet is great in that you're eating fruits, vegetables, and are drinking milk. My concern is that you're not getting enough protein. Add beans such as garbanzo, pinto, black beans and/or a small portion of meat at lunch. Make sure to drink 4 cups of milk (cow or soy) a day.

    Your exercise regimen looks good.

    OMG YOUR DOING PRETTY GOOD!!! Its about time for some Americans to start showing pride and working out and trying to look presentable :D lolz sorry about my ramble -_- But anyways like you I like to work out ( I go running/exercise in morning) I think trying to EAT ALL OF THE FOOD GROUP is alittle redicioulous I mean I serriously dont eat meat everyday I mean its hard + my mom cooks dinner so I really cant complain or no food -_- But if I was you try to keep a food journal of the calories you workd out, makeup the food group or something, and so on. Iam gonna start doing that :D I think fruits and veggies ARE AWESOME I mean my bffs will make fun of me sometimes cause I eat veggies iam like really helloooooo healthy life style!!!! You could also try to drink 1-3 cups of water 30 min before you eat so you don't eat as much :D Also never give up and I usually like to have a dessert 1 or 2 times a month :D But anyways I think as long as your TRYING WORKINGOUT and taking care of your body your ok :D!!!!!!!!!!!
