How do you feel about sleeveless shirts?

The torso is warm... but what of the arms?

    It depends on what kind of weather it is. If it is hot, then I would be comfortable wearing sleeveless shirts. If it is warm, then I am still comfortable. If it is cold, then I gotta be out of my mind for wearing a sleeveless shirt!
