If my mom hit me and threatened to hit me again, can I call CPS?

i didnt even say anything insulting or very offensive. she also hit me as a child.

    Depends what you mean by "hitting".

    If she spanked you because you didn't behave then don't call CPS.

    But if she slapped you or kicked you or punched you then it is a clear abuse.

    yes, you can call CPS any time. also, remember that calling CPS will do her more good than you... she will be left without the "burden" of a child and you will be left to live until you are 18 in a foster home.

    The law allows a parent the authority to use corporal (physical) punishment. Simply saying mom hit you, is NOT always "abuse". BEATING a child is abuse.

    It is a very thin line sometimes. I suggest that you think twice before making allegations of "abuse".
